Users who register to use the Partnership Profile agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions at all times.

The Profile describes a model of partnership based on information and evidence from research. It is modified and updated over time to improve its effectiveness. The Profile does not claim to be 100% accurate. (No diagnostic tool is.) Consequently, Q·Learning and Avenue Management can take no responsibility for any actions taken by individuals or organisations as a consequence of using the Profile. Any feedback or advice offered will be given in as objective a manner as possible, and always with the aim of helping the user to develop their future learning.

Where any fees are payable to Q·Learning, these will be as part of our normal terms and conditions of business, copies of which are available from our office address.
